“Changing Lives One Game At A Time”- Extra Life Game Day held at Crazy Squirrel Game Store

On Saturday, November 4th, gamers from all over the nation participated in Extra Life Game Day. Extra Life is a 24- hour gaming marathon; where participants are sponsored to play any game of their choice and in return, all money raised benefits their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. We are proud to announce that those who played within our market raised over $11,000 for Valley Children’s Hospital! That puts our standing total at $15,000 for 2017 (so far)!

Locally, Crazy Squirrel Game Store hosted a Game Day event. Starting at 10:00 a.m., gamers began to fill the seats and the 24- hour endeavor commenced! The entire venue was full of great energy, fearless competition and …cake! A generous vendor donated two Extra Life cakes for the participants and Crazy Squirrel staff. In just one day, Crazy Squirrel raised $3,000 for our patients at Valley Children’s Hospital!

We would like to thank all of the participants of Extra Life Game Day for their time and energy spent to raise money for our patients. We would also like to thank the staff of Crazy Squirrel Game Store for generously opening their doors to the community, and providing a space to game! Every dollar counts when making miracles happen, and because of you, we are able to make more!
