Valley Children’s Response to COVID-19

As COVID-19 is affecting much of the world, Valley Children’s has been working tirelessly to protect our community both inside the hospital and out. Quality patient care and patient safety continue to be the organization’s highest priorities. By shifting the visitor policy, delaying elective surgeries and non-urgent appointments, and empowering many of our non-medical staff to work from home, Valley Children’s hopes to keep our vulnerable patients and our team members as safe as possible.

Valley Children’s is also offering its expertise as a resource for the community at large through the establishment of a COVID-19 hotline and informational website. In order to help provide reliable information on COVID-19, the organization  set up an information hub that may be found here, which contains information in both English and Spanish. In addition, we have created a hotline that can be reached seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at (559) 353-3333.

Our hearts go out to Central Valley healthcare professionals and first responders for the care they are providing during these challenging times. Thank you for your service to the community. We appreciate you.

While this pandemic may be scary, we believe that by following the law and practicing good hygiene, we can help keep you and your community safe. Please feel free to call the hotline if you have any questions.
