Jennifer Garner Zooms with Staff at Valley Children’s Hospital
Actress Jennifer Garner joined staff at Valley Children’s Hospital via Zoom on Monday, November 22, to share a few kind words of appreciation for the team’s incredible efforts during the pandemic.
Valley Children’s President and CEO Todd Suntrapak shared with Jennifer the inspiration of the giraffe as our mascot. (It’s because giraffes have the largest hearts of all land mammals.)
Staff were treated by Jennifer to coffee and cinnamon rolls and were able to ask her questions about everything from motherhood to her acting career. We learned that her role in “13 Going on 30” was the most fun role she’s ever played. She also has secret talents of clogging and playing the spoons.
Thank you, Jennifer!
