Setting The Record Straight About Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
Often in the community, people want to know if their donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals directly impacts the patients at Valley Children’s. The simple answer is yes.
We’re here to set the record straight with these facts:
Fact #1: Donating A Dollar Makes A Huge Difference
Every dollar truly makes a difference. While it doesn’t seem like much as individuals, when we count all the money raised together it really adds up. Last year, our community in the Central Valley raised nearly two million dollars, just through our Children’s Miracle Network Hospital partnerships.
So the next time you’re at Costco, Walmart, Panda Express or at any of our other partner locations, please say yes you’d like to donate to Valley Children’s.
Fact #2: Money Donated Here, Stays Here
Every dollar raised here, stays here. While Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is a national organization that helps local children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada, all the money raised in our community, stays in our community.
The way it works is Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals reaches out to organization and asks if they’d like to partner with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and their local hospitals. When an organization accepts, our hospitals connect with their local locations and build relationships from there.
Fact #3: Valley Children’s Provides High-Quality, Comprehensive Healthcare Services to Children, Regardless of Their Ability to Pay
The mission of Valley Children’s is to provide high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services to children, regardless of their ability to pay, and to continuously improve the health and wellbeing of children.
